Job summary

Neti sp. z o.o. is seeking a Marketing Analyst to measure, test, and optimize our marketing efforts in the blockchain space. You will focus on data-driven decision making, experiment-driven improvements, and performance tracking across channels to drive quality B2B SaaS leads.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in marketing (IT preferred), strong analytics skills, and proficiency with GA, ads platforms, CRM systems, and CMS tools. Remote or hybrid work with flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience (IT preferred).
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing focused on lead generation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (GA, Ads platforms, CRM, CMS).

Responsibilities

• Performance Tracking: monitor efficiency of marketing activity and adjust plans.
• Data Analysis: run A/B tests and conclude results.
• Campaign Optimization: analyze campaigns across main channels to drive B2B SaaS leads.
• Market Research: monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis.
