Job summary

Netguru is seeking a Data Analyst for a freelance B2B role. The position is EU-based with full-time commitment, remote-friendly with hybrid office access in Warsaw once per month. The rate is up to 120 PLN/h, starting ASAP, with a 3–6 month duration and potential extension.

The candidate will map data, translate business requirements into data, and work with SQL, dbt, and Data Catalog in a Databricks environment, collaborating with international vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an analyst role.
• Data mapping skills and ability to translate requirements into data.
• Knowledge of SQL and Databricks environment.
• English proficiency to read technical docs, handle business correspondence, and communicate with vendors.

Project Details:

• Location:European Union
• Contract type:Full-time, freelance B2B
• Hybrid work: once per month form office in Warsaw
• Rate: up to 120 PLN/h
• Start:asap
• Duration: 3-6 months (with possibility of extension)

Must-have:

• At least 3 years of experience in an analyst role
• Data mapping skills
• Ability to work with business users and translate their requirements into data
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of dbt and Data Catalog
• Ability to work in a Databricks environment
• English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation fluently, handle business correspondence, and communicate verbally with international external vendors

Nice to have:

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
• Knowledge of dbt and Data Catalog
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services
• Experience working with applications in distributed environments
• Experience using AI tools in automated workflows
