Job summary

Cundall is seeking a Building Services BIM Technician for our Warsaw office to produce coordinated BIM models and drawings for all design stages. You will develop 3D BIM models using Revit and collaborate with engineers and other disciplines.

The role requires strong Revit experience, knowledge of AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks or Autodesk Forma is a plus. Polish and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification.
• Strong practical experience using Revit in building-based projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD; Navisworks and Autodesk Forma advantageous.
• Ability to communicate in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated BIM models and drawings for all design stages.
• Develop 3D BIM models using Revit and coordinate disciplines.
• Utilize additional digital tools to support design processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and BIM specialists in a multi-disciplinary team.
