Job summary

Cundall is seeking a current student to gain hands-on experience in building services design while developing administration, coordination and project-support skills. You will work with BIM Managers and Coordinators to support live projects and learn how complex designs are coordinated and delivered.

This role involves direct support for Design Teams (MEP), BIM coordination tasks, and involvement in global Cundall Digital Engineering initiatives. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• MEP related background or study in building services design.
• BIM driven design processes knowledge is welcome.
• Experience with Autodesk authoring and coordination software (Revit, Navisworks).
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Interest in digital automation tools (Dynamo, Python) and AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Direct support for Design Teams (mainly MEP).
• Assistance for Design Teams in design development using BIM tools.
• BIM management and coordination support on projects.
• Development of internal BIM standards, guides, and templates.
• Training material development and collaboration on training for Design Teams.
• Involvement in global Cundall Digital Engineering Initiatives.
