Job summary

SAS in Warsaw is seeking a Travel Advisor for Nordic premium customers. You will be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries and assist with ticket purchases and payments, while resolving travel-related issues with a customer-first mindset.

You will support passengers via calls and chat, build lasting relationships, and contribute to a high-standard service in an international setting. Join us for a fully paid two-month training and mentorship in our modern Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2).
• Helpful, collaborative, organized and precise.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries.
• Assist with purchasing airline tickets and handling payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls/chat.
• Build trustful relationships with customers.
