Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Materials Planner to support production planning and inventory optimization. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials, monitor performance, and drive improvements in planning processes.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, maintaining MRP data, and preparing planning KPIs. This role involves collaboration across global teams, advanced Excel skills, and experience with SAP/Blue Yonder.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities essential for planning and optimization.
• Strong communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English and Spanish (C1) required for global collaboration.
• Experience with MRP and material planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan material requirements based on production and supply plans.
• Create and maintain material schedules considering lead times and capacity.
• Manage MRP processes and ensure planning data accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm deliveries and resolve delays.
• Monitor material availability and prevent shortages.
• Maintain planning parameters like lead times, safety stock, and minimum order quantities.
• Support purchase orders and inbound delivery processes.
• Prepare reports and planning KPIs for business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to improve planning processes.
