Qualifications

• Fluency in English and SPANISH is required.
• Good understanding of HR operations and labor legislation knowledge, especially for French market.
• Experience with HR Shared Services and Service Center technologies (tickets, chat, email).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process HR lifecycle changes: employment verifications, personnel file administration, onboarding.
• Contribute to regional/global projects and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Support the implementation of People policies, procedures, handbooks and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate service to associates in line with SLAs and KPIs.
