• Support benefits administration, payroll processes, and HR policies.
• Communicate with employees, local HR teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis and process documentation.
• Support digitalization and AI tool initiatives to improve data quality.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily activity.
• Proactively suggest ideas to improve efficiency and employee experience.
