Job summary

PPG Global Business Services in Wroclaw is seeking a Digital Customer Service Specialist to deliver high-quality support across digital channels. You will handle Level 1–2 cases, act as SME, and support the continuous development of the Customer Service team.

This role combines advanced customer service, digital channel expertise, and coaching responsibilities to elevate our overall customer experience. Location: Curie-Skłodowskiej 12, Wroclaw.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset and proactive attitude
• Problem-solving approach and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, messaging platforms and social media.
• Provide accurate, friendly, and timely support, meeting service standards and SLA targets.
• Resolve basic issues and escalate more complex cases to senior specialists or second-level support.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Customer Service, Digital, and Operations teams.
• Log, track, and update requests using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Support maintenance of FAQs, knowledge bases and self-service materials.
• Collect and report customer feedback and contribute ideas to improve journeys.
• Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing skill development.
• Follow processes, guidelines and quality standards.
