Job summary

Orange Group in Kraków, Poland, seeks a Financial Reporting & Data Quality Specialist to own a portfolio of strategic financial reports and dashboards, ensuring reliability and data quality across the organization. You will serve as a key link between business users, Finance teams, and IT, supporting report adoption, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of reporting solutions.

As the functional owner, you will ensure operational continuity and deliver high-quality insights to Finance

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Reporting, Controlling or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of financial KPIs and processes.
• Fluency in French and English on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the availability, performance, and data quality of financial reports and dashboards.
• Perform first-level analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for reporting, data interpretation, and access-related requests.
• Coordinate incident resolution with technical support and development teams.
• Manage minor report enhancements, access rights, and governance-related activities.
• Support testing, deployment, and release management activities for reporting solutions.
• Drive user adoption and promote best practices in the use of reporting and analytics tools.
• Deliver user guidance, knowledge sharing, and training to increase data literacy and user autonomy.
