Elite Recovery Group LLC is seeking an experienced, bilingual debt collector for a fully remote role. The position focuses on calling on and negotiating with consumers to secure payment commitments while meeting monthly collection goals.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year in debt collection, a bilingual English/Spanish skill-set, and reside in Arizona. The role offers full-time hours, a commission-based earning potential, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• You currently reside in Arizona.
• You are bilingual in English and Spanish.
• You have at least 1 year of professional debt collection experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements
• Work assigned accounts consistently and efficiently
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for payment; maintain accurate account notes and follow-up dates
• Communicate professionally with consumers regarding outstanding balances
• Meet individual collection and performance goals
• Follow FDCPA requirements and company compliance procedures
