Job summary

Accenture in Warsaw is looking for a Junior Collections Specialist with Spanish to proactively manage cash collection via phone and email, review credit risks, and support daily financial operations in a 50/50 hybrid role.

You will engage with international clients, escalate sensitive cases to supervisors, and contribute to ongoing collections processes while learning company policies and expanding your skill set.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Arabic required (minimum B2).
• Experience in collections / accounts receivable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively perform timely cash collection via phone and emails.
• Investigate and review credit risks and customer credit history.
• Prepare and follow up letters of collection to ensure progress.
• Lead negotiations with critical customers and escalate when needed.
