Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a BI Reporting & Analytics Specialist in the EMEA region (Poland) to drive data-informed decision making. You will design and optimize analytics solutions, build KPI dashboards, and partner with Customer Success, Operations, and Data Control to deliver actionable insights.

You will lead analytics projects, mentor junior analysts, and help embed data governance and ROI-focused strategies across systems, ensuring data quality and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering analytics solutions in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve KPI frameworks and advanced dashboards for multiple business units.
• Own end-to-end analytics projects including requirement gathering, data modelling, ETL design, and visualization.
• Act as strategic partner to cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations.
• Drive data governance to ensure high data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with leadership to align analytics with business goals including KPIs and SLAs.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote analytical excellence.

The BI Reporting & Analytics Specialist plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across the EMEA Treat Operations department. This role is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of advanced analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and commercial growth.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions in a complex, cross-functional business environment.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Deep understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on ROI and commercial impact.

SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS/SPECIALTIES/COURSEWORK

• Certifications in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or data analytics methodologies are a plus.
• Training in data governance, data science, or project management is advantageous.

Additional Information

This range includes an estimated base salary, covering various levels of experience for the role.

Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10 % of the annual base salary.

The final offer is determined based on the scope of the role, level of responsibility, experience, education, completed training, and key competencies of the candidate.
