Job summary

McCormick & Company in Poland is seeking a Business Solution Owner (Business Intelligence Analyst) to lead data product vision, translate business requirements into technical specs, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver value aligned with strategic goals.

The role combines business acumen with technical leadership, prioritizes enhancements, defines user stories, and ensures quality through acceptance criteria while driving improvements across the data landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics / Data Science, Business Information Technology, or related field.
Experience converting business requirements into actionable technical specs for development teams.
Familiarity with BI report creation lifecycles and data automation tooling.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy with technical teams to deliver a data product aligned with business goals.
Prioritize features based on business value and data landscape constraints.
Translate business requirements into user stories for the backlog.
Support acceptance criteria to ensure quality and value realization.
Plan and manage resources to achieve project objectives.
