Job summary

NES Fircroft in Poland seeks a commercial service contracts specialist to support BESS and PV projects. You will bridge sales, pricing, and contract management, coordinating with cross-functional teams to win and deliver utility-scale energy services.

The role is hybrid (Warsaw preferred) with ~60% commercial work and ~40% technical focus, and includes an annual bonus and benefits. Fluent Polish and English, strong negotiation, and a structured, analytical approach are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years in a commercial, service, technical sales or contract management role.
Fluent Polish and English.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, structured and detail-oriented.
Self-driven, proactive and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Prepare competitive service proposals and pre-tender documentation.
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor service strategies.
Support service pricing, cost analysis and offer development.
Prepare, review and negotiate service agreements and contracts.
Manage service-related offers in CRM (spare parts, warranties, training, site services).
Serve as primary contact for customers regarding non-LTSA service requests.
Ensure smooth handover of secured contracts to operations.
