Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking an experienced Sales Support / Internal Sales professional to strengthen commercial relationships and coordinate between customers, KAMs, and internal teams. You will manage orders, pricing, forecasts, and documentation while driving process improvements.

You will also support the Managing Director for BENELUX with agenda, travel, events and presentations, contributing to both revenue growth and customer satisfaction across the European business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in English and Dutch.
• Proficient in Salesforce and SAP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2-6 years of prior work experience in a similar field.
• Experience in a large global CPG company and understanding of performance measures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong stakeholder management and client handling.
• Experience in a global business services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and co-lead commercial relationships with customers alongside the KAM.
• Serve as trusted contact for operational and commercial matters.
• Build relationships with customers, sales colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings, online and on-site.
• Manage customer requests for products, samples, documentation, agreements, onboarding.
• Proactively follow up on opportunities, forecasts, complaints, cases and overdue items.
• Coordinate activities across sales, customer care, planning, pricing, finance, quality, and supply chain.
• Ensure smooth communication between external customers and internal departments.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals; support tender & bid processes.
• Manage contract bookings and pricing administration; monitor forecasts vs contracts vs orders.
• Generate customer and sales reports; analyze performance and trends; provide insights.
• Monitor KPIs and commercial performance metrics; drive data-driven decisions.
• Serve as link between customers and internal teams; escalate issues when needed.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes; develop templates and tools.
• Drive efficiency in data management, forecasting and administration.
• Support Managing Director in operational tasks (agenda, travel, events, presentations).
• Dedicated to Belgium & Netherlands with focus on Industrial Accounts.
