Job summary

Allegro Translations is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to join the Technology team in Warsaw. Design, build, and optimize high-availability backend services in a cloud-native environment using Kotlin, Python, Kafka, and Kubernetes, with full ownership of your microservices from code to production.

You will work with MongoDB, integrate AI services, and collaborate with linguists and researchers to deliver scalable localization solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Kotlin and/or Python and building robust backend systems.
• Strong experience with MongoDB and optimizing large-scale datasets.
• Hands-on experience connecting and orchestrating AI services to execute complex business logic.
• Fluent English (B2 level) is required.
• Interest in AI and staying at the forefront of tech innovation.
