Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a skilled backend developer in Kraków, Poland to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs. The role demands strong experience in Python, as well as commercial exposure to Java and/or .NET.

Responsibilities include managing SQL databases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing OpenTelemetry for observability. The successful candidate will also automate processes using Ansible and ensure application reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in backend development with Python.
• Commercial experience with Java and/or .NET.
• Hands-on experience in designing RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL skills, including database design and optimization.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry and observability.
• Knowledge of Ansible for automation.
• Experience with IIS-hosted applications.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Git and best practices.
