Qualifications

• Старший уровень экспертизы в Go или Python; уверенное владение хотя бы одним стеком.
• Опыт развёртывания и эксплуатации продакшн‑backend сервисов.
• Опыт работы с распределёнными системами, очередями сообщений, контейнеризацией и современной инфраструктурой развёртывания.
• Сильные инженерные навыки, применение TDD/BDD/DDD и взвешенный подход к архитектурным решениям.
• Отличные навыки коммуникации в международной многопрофильной среде.

Responsibilities

• Поддержка архитектуры, дизайна, разработки, развёртывания и эксплуатации микросервисов в рамках DevOps.
• Построение событийно-ориентированных систем с Kafka, RabbitMQ или AWS SQS/SNS; предоставление данных через REST/gRPC.
• Работа с Docker и Kubernetes; автоматизированные конвейеры CI/CD.
• Обеспечение надёжного тестирования от модульного до end‑to‑end.
• Сотрудничество в кросс‑функциональных командах с продактами, фронтенд‑инженерами и дата‑аналитиками.
• Предоставление технического руководства и участие в код‑ и архитектурных обзорах.
• Использование современных AI‑инструментов для повышения продуктивности.
• Продвижение лучших практик и влияние на архитектуру, дизайн и качество.
• Ведение решений от определения проблемы до продакшена для повышения масштабируемости систем.

• Maintain accountability for the architecture, design, development, deployment, and operation of microservices under a full DevOps model;
• Build event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS/SNS, and expose data through REST and gRPC interfaces;
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes-based container orchestration, and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines;
• Maintain robust testing from unit tests through full end-to-end coverage;
• Collaborate within cross-functional agile teams with product leads, frontend engineers, designers, and data teams;
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and participate in code and architecture reviews;
• Use modern AI tools and workflows such as Claude and Cursor to increase engineering productivity;
• Drive best practices and influence architecture, design, quality, and ways of working;
• Drive decisions from problem definition through production to improve systems and long-term scalability.

Требования

• Senior-level expertise in Go or Python, with high proficiency in at least one stack and willingness to expand into Go;
• Solid experience building, deploying, and operating critical backend services in production;
• Experience with distributed systems, messaging queues, containerization, and modern deployment infrastructure;
• Strong software engineering skills, including practical use of TDD, BDD, or DDD and sound technical trade-offs;
• Excellent communication skills for working in an international, multidisciplinary technical environment;
• The role does not include people management responsibilities.
