Job summary

British Council in Warsaw is seeking an Account Manager for B2O clients across Europe. You will support onboarding, service delivery and account growth, working with Sales, Operations and Delivery to ensure a top‑tier customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or account management, strong client relationships, and knowledge of B2O sales with education/government sectors. Hybrid work in Warsaw with 3 days in office, 6 150 PLN gross monthly, FTC 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience of sales and/or account/customer management.
• Good relationship management capability.
• B2O sales experience with education/government sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and implementation of B2O customers across British Council systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Delivery to manage service requests and issues.
• Maintain CRM data and produce delivery performance and customer success reports.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and renewals with Account Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor invoices, payments and contractual documents for compliance.
