Job summary

Mend.io is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to own and execute Mend.io's social presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. You will develop a cohesive content calendar, collaborate with Design, Content, Event and Product Marketing teams, and lead the employee advocacy program to boost reach and engagement.

You will monitor, respond, analyze KPIs, and report insights to improve strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices on LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram/Threads.
• Proven ability to execute social media strategy and manage content calendars.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data and generate insights.

Responsibilities

• Post, monitor, and respond across designated social channels.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar.
• Use tools like Sprout Social and Canva for scheduling, monitoring, reporting.
• Analyze analytics to measure performance and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Design, Content, Event, and Product Marketing teams.
