Job summary

Mend.io is seeking a social media manager to own end-to-end management and execution of Mend.io's social presence, primarily on LinkedIn and YouTube, with support across other channels.

You will develop a content calendar, collaborate with Design, Content, Event, and Product Marketing teams, and manage employee advocacy to boost engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices, particularly on LinkedIn and YouTube + X/Twitter, Instagram/Threads.
• Proven ability to execute social media strategy and manage content calendars.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data and generate insights.
