Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand sales of Business Services, including process analysis, optimization, and automation, across Polish and international markets. You will acquire new clients, map processes, and drive presales with delivery teams to meet ambitious targets.

The role emphasizes building relationships, preparing offers, and negotiating contracts while collaborating with marketing on events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager.
• Excellent command of English enabling cooperation with international clients.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare offers and business presentations.
• Dynamic, independent personality with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Proactivity and a can-do attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Polish language skills and residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Active acquisition of new clients and development of business relationships in the Polish and international markets.
• Generating sales leads and developing the sales pipeline.
• Promoting and selling Business Services.
• Analyzing and mapping business processes.
• Optimizing operational processes.
• Automating business processes (RPA, workflow automation).
• Digitizing and transforming processes.
• Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts, and handling client inquiries.
• Collaborating with marketing on sales initiatives and events.
• Supporting business development with presales and delivery teams.
• Monitoring market trends in automation and digital transformation.
