Job summary

Mend.io is seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer to join the marketing design team, reporting to the Head of Web Experience. You will own projects from concept through finished assets across web, social, sales enablement, events, and video.

Work is fast-moving and brand-driven in a technical B2B context, with core collaboration hours 8:00–11:00 US Central. This role offers flexibility and a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of graphic design experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS or tech marketing
• Portfolio with datasheets, ebooks, digital ads, and videos
• Expert in Figma for layout and components
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud for print and digital; video tools
• Strong typography and layout with attention to spacing
• Able to work from a brief independently and on schedule
• Clear written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Design campaign and product marketing assets from brief to final files
• Produce short-form video and motion graphics for social and marketing
• Apply Mend.io brand standards across assets and contribute to templates
• Collaborate with teammates on timelines and feedback
• Prepare production-ready files for web, print, and video
