Helprise seeks a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual campaigns across digital and offline channels. You will own brand execution, collaborate with marketing and external partners, and elevate the brand experience through innovative design solutions.

The role emphasizes strong branding, typography, and UX, with responsibility for both digital and print assets, and mentoring junior designers. Remote-friendly with flexible hours and a development budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house environment.
• Strong portfolio across digital and print design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with AI-powered tools.
• Strong branding, typography, layout, and UX understanding.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of print production processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design homepage banners, landing pages, and website assets.
• Create newsletter templates and email materials.
• Develop visuals for website gamification and interactive experiences.
• Produce digital campaign creatives and web banners.
• Ensure brand-consistent customer journeys across digital platforms.
• Improve design performance with trends and user-centric thinking.
• Create production-ready artwork for OOH and large-format printing.
• Design merchandise and branded materials.
• Develop assets for magazine ads and paid campaigns.
• Design brochures, leaflets, event materials.
• Collaborate with printers and agencies to ensure quality.
• Act as a brand guardian across touchpoints.
• Translate global assets to local executions while maintaining brand integrity.
• Lead development of concepts from brief to delivery.
• Provide guidance to junior designers and agencies.
• Stay ahead of design and tech trends, bring new ideas.
• Challenge briefs and propose solutions for business impact.
