Job summary

Mend.io is looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer to join our marketing design team and work remotely from Poland. You will report to the Head of Web Experience and collaborate with our Senior Designer on web, social, sales enablement, events, and video projects.

You will own campaigns end-to-end, ensuring brand consistency across assets, and delivering motion graphics and short-form videos for various channels. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS or technology marketing team or agency.
• A portfolio showing campaign work you carried from brief to finished asset, including datasheets or ebooks, digital ad and social creative, and at least one video or motion piece.
• Expert in Figma for layout, components, and collaborative review.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for print and digital; Premiere Pro and After Effects for video and motion.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign and product marketing assets from brief to final files: datasheets, one-pagers, ebooks, web and landing page graphics, LinkedIn and social banners, paid ad creative, email graphics, and event collateral.
• Produce short-form video and motion graphics for social, web, and product marketing, including editing, captions, and animated elements.
• Apply Mend.io brand standards across every asset, and contribute to templates and component libraries in Figma.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer, content, product marketing, and demand generation on timelines and feedback, and keep stakeholders updated proactively.
• Prepare production-ready files for web, print, and video, and hand off assets in the formats each channel needs.
