Job summary

We are seeking a proactive Senior Business Manager to join Sii Poland in Kraków. You will grow banking IT services, acting as a trusted advisor, and lead end-to-end sales from lead generation to closing.

The role focuses on establishing long-term relationships with enterprise clients and collaborating with Delivery, Recruitment, and technical teams to tailor offerings and win deals. The position requires strong sales instincts, excellent stakeholder management, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of proven experience in services sales, account management, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Developing and growing business relationships within the banking industry
• Acting as a trusted advisor for IT services and solutions
• Identifying client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into tailored service offerings
• Driving end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation and opportunity qualification to deal closure
• Actively expanding accounts through upselling and cross-selling of IT services
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and business units to ensure competitive, high-quality proposals aligned with client expectations
