Job summary

Nord Security’s B2B team builds cybersecurity products to help businesses protect their data. You will design across formats for paid channels and collaborate with PPC and Creative Strategists to align creatives with campaign goals.

You’ll analyze CTR, CPA, ROAS to inform decisions, run rapid test cycles, and contribute to a shared library of learnings while owning projects end-to-end and delivering on time.

Qualifications

• Strong static and motion ad design skills across multiple formats and sizes.
• Proficient with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or equivalent.
• Solid typography and visual hierarchy for tight ad formats.
• Able to read paid media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and translate into creatives.
• Produce a high volume of quality variants without dropping quality.
• Owns projects end to end—from brief to final export, on time.
• Familiar with AI tools for workflow optimization.

• Design ad creatives (static, animated, and video) for paid channels: Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn and other.

Core Requirements

• Confident with a modern design + motion toolset (Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator + After Effects or equivalent).

• Solid typography and visual hierarchy, even in tight ad formats.

• Comfortable reading paid media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and turning them into creative decisions.

• Can produce a high volume of quality variants without the quality dropping.

• Owns projects end to end - from brief to final export, on time, no silent stalling.

• Good understanding of AI tools for workflow and output optimization.
