A leading automotive tech company is seeking a Product Manager for Financial IT Solutions (B2B) to oversee development and delivery of financial IT solutions tailored for B2B clients. Responsibilities include defining product vision, managing product backlog, and liaising between stakeholders and tech teams. Candidates should have 3+ years experience in an Agile environment, strong skills in Jira and Confluence, and fluency in English. The position is located in Warsaw and allows for hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Strong proficiency in backlog management and requirements gathering.
• Fluency in English (C1); proficiency in Russian is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Own the product backlog, create and prioritize user stories.
• Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
