Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Warszawa (Poland) is seeking a Content Development Excellence Specialist to drive B2B content strategy and promotion across channels.

You will plan and execute content marketing activities, collaborate with Marketing, PR, UX, CRM and other teams, and ensure UX and messaging consistency while monitoring performance and KPIs to drive improvements. The role requires at least 2 years in a similar position, strong English (B2/C1), and hands-on ability to create high-quality formats

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role with proven achievements.
• Ability to create high-quality content across formats.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to draw actionable insights.
• Creative, proactive, independent in day-to-day work.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English (B2/C1).
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the strategy for content distribution and promotion in Allegro’s B2B segment.
• Plan and execute content marketing activities – develop and maintain content calendar, manage content production.
• Create and co-create marketing materials: articles, case studies, infographics, videos, e-books, guides, etc., with internal/external partners.
• Distribute and promote content across channels – websites, social media, newsletters, etc., with other teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, UX, Graphic Design, CRM and others on communication projects.
• Ensure UX and message consistency across all published materials.
• Monitor performance and effectiveness – prepare reports, measure KPIs, and recommend improvements.
