Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B business development within digital, IT services, software, or technology environments.
• Experience in a digital agency, startup, scale-up, or similar fast-paced setting is highly desirable.
• Proven track record selling complex digital projects, data, AI, or consulting services via value-based selling.
• Able to manage a complete sales cycle and generate new business consistently.
• Highly autonomous, well-organized and results-oriented with strong networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with enterprise clients across industries.
• Organize events (conferences, demos) to generate new business opportunities.
• Define and execute your own go-to-market strategy within your territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to contract signature with C-level stakeholders.
• Translate digital topics (data, AI, platforms) into clear business value for clients.
• Collaborate with delivery, international production and marketing teams on proposals.
• Help shape the company’s international growth strategy and footprint.
