Job summary

DCG is seeking an experienced Unified Communications Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365/Teams-based communication solutions. You will manage Azure infrastructure, automate tasks with PowerShell, and support compliance recording systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in both agile and traditional environments.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, maintain documentation, and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Unified Communications or End-User Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Teams.
• Experience with compliance recording solutions (Verint, Intelligent Voice advantageous).
• Automation/scripting experience (PowerShell).
• Understanding of UC tech including SIP trunks, SBCs, and private connectivity.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional delivery models.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain unified communication solutions within Microsoft 365 (focus on Teams).
• Support and enhance compliance recording solutions for voice communications.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, primarily in Azure or equivalent envs.
• Implement automation and scripting to improve operations (PowerShell).
• Ensure stability and performance of communication infrastructure (SIP trunks, SBCs).
• Troubleshoot incidents and participate in task forces as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile and traditional projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing (Jira, Confluence).
