Infinity Quest Limited is seeking an experienced Azure migration architect to lead multiple complex app modernization and migration projects to Azure PaaS. You will guide a cross-functional team, design target architectures, and ensure successful cloud adoption aligned with enterprise standards.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work across time zones to support multiple migrations concurrently.

Formación

• Hands-on development and hosting of web applications on Azure PaaS
• Experience in hosting and configuring applications on IIS
• Ability to analyze application dependencies and migrations to Azure
• Experience leading teams (5+ members) and guiding technical directions
• Experience with cloud migration pathways and Azure Landing Zone concepts
• Collaboration with Enterprise Architects and DevOps teams for cloud adoption best practices
• Familiarity with containerizing web apps and deploying on Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused communication

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage migration projects (approx. 10–12 in parallel)
• Guide and mentor the team technically across migration tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration requirements and solutions
• Assess and plan Azure strategy, landing zone, and target architecture
• Ensure value-for-money and savings in cloud transitions
• Coordinate with Data Platform, DevOps and Integration teams during migrations

10-13 Plus Years of development and app modernization experience

Experience in hosting and configuring the applications on IIS

Experience in modernization of Applications to Azure PaaS platform along with migration experience

Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to find alternate ways to reach the goals

Ability to understand application architecture dependencies and integrations

Should have led and managed the team with the size more than 5 members

Should be able to guide the team technically

Very good understanding of application migration scenarios and pathways

Primary skills:

Hands on web application development skills

Hands on experience in developing and hosting web applications on Azure PaaS platform

Primary database skills like database connectivity configurations etc

Ability to analyze application dependencies

Collaborate with Enterprise Architect Data Platform DevOps and Integration Teams to ensure cloud adoption follows standard best practices

Well versed with containerizing web application frontend and web services

Should know the nittygritties of hosting containerized application on Kubernetes

Application performance assessment pre and post migration

Ensure that the proposed solution covers Azure strategy stakeholder management as well as the actual solution covering business application and Infrastructure as well as commercial aspects in terms of value for money and not commercial costing etc

Understanding customer Infra landscape Design Azure Landing Zone and provide the Azure target state solution architecture

Secondary Skills:

Work with Internal stakeholders Customer stakeholders and Project Managers to understand the migration requirements and provide solutions accordingly

Troubleshooting experience with Azure PaaS platform

Basic understanding of containerization and AKS service

This role is required to support multiple projects Approximate 10 to 12 in parallel
