Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crime detection analytics and modelling.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in detection.
• Hands-on experience with Python, GCP Cloud, Scala, Spark and GitHub to develop rules and risk factors.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and support value stream objectives.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across groups.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial crime risks identifying emerging trends and themes to inform detection methodology and procedures.
• Execute data analytics objectives and results within Financial Crime Detection.
• Analyse and develop financial crime detection tools including GSNA.
• Maintain understanding of end-to-end operating model and dependent systems interactions.
• Apply data standards and policies by managing data risk and treating data as an asset.
• Use analytics and data science to unlock value from data and suggest model or control amendments.
• Develop data-driven methodologies to optimize detection models, risk factors and business rules.
• Coordinate moderately complex projects across analytics, technology, transformation and product management to deliver release plans and backlog outcomes.
