Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Kraków is launching a two-year Data Analytics internship programme starting July 2027. You will work with data across the business to support decision-making, reporting and digital transformation. This role offers exposure to SQL, Python, Qlik and Spark within a GCIO data community.

You’ll develop technical depth through structured training and real-world projects, while applying data governance and quality practices in a global bank setting.

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time from July 2027.
• Have obtained, or expected to achieve, a 4.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent 2.1 degree from a recognised University.
• Legally permitted to work in Poland for the full duration of the programme and beyond the end date.

Responsibilities

• Help manage, analyse and improve data used in decision-making, regulatory reporting and digital transformation.
• You’ll work with colleagues across business, product and technology teams to connect data to real business needs.
• Use SQL, Python, Qlik or Spark to explore trends and create clear, useful insights.
