Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Data Quality Senior Analyst to join our AML team.

This multifaceted role sits at the intersection of data governance, information security, records management, and regulatory compliance across the bank. You will drive remediation of data quality issues, oversee access management for 40 AML applications, validate data clearance, design records management practices, and advise leadership on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AML with data management experience.
• Experience with AML data quality processes and controls.
• Knowledge of Records Management laws and regulations.
• Strong information security knowledge including regulatory standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive remediation of data quality issues in AML Transaction Monitoring.
• Oversee access management for 40 AML applications following IAM standards.
• Validate Cross-Border Data Clearance and recertify access rules.
• Design and maintain Records Management practices for the AML function.
• Collaborate with Records Management staff to register records and ensure compliance.
• Manage data lifecycle, conduct reviews, and validate Critical Data Elements.
• Provide regulatory guidance and lead regulatory initiatives across teams.
