Insurance Brokers Association of BC is seeking a full-time licensed Autoplan insurance agent to assist our office clients. The role emphasizes sales, customer service, and advising on appropriate products while earning commissions on new business and renewals.

Qualifications

• General Level 1 Insurance License is required; Level 2 is an asset.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Ability to build authentic customer relationships.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling information.
• CAIB and/or CIP is an asset.
• Experience with EPIC is an asset.
• Willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle ICBC customer inquiries.
• Support new and existing customers with product/service recommendations.
• Promote retention by building strong relationships and delivering quality service.
