Job summary

Sentinel Eagle is building autonomous UAV systems designed to operate where GPS and communications fail. This hands-on engineering role focuses on software that enhances perception, navigation, and operation of drones.

You will work at the intersection of software, embedded systems, and AI, leveraging Python, C++, and Rust on Linux-based platforms like Raspberry Pi. Experience with MAVLink/ArduPilot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, C++ or Rust and Linux
• Familiar with modern software practices (Git, CI, testing)
• Experience with embedded devices or autonomous systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop software for autonomous UAVs and onboard systems
• Integrate with autopilot, cameras and onboard devices
• Build robust software pipelines for perception and control
• Create internal tools for data visualization and analysis
