Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive projects team. You will create and maintain technical documentation, ensure alignment and delivery of features, and translate customer requirements into system-level solutions.

You will collaborate with software and test engineers, support calibration and tuning on vehicle lines, and coordinate with vendors to implement features while adhering to quality standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in System Engineering within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety and its application in automotive systems.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and electronic measurement basics.
• Experience with vehicle function development, system requirements, and technical specifications.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Align, implement, and deliver assigned features.
• Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications and translate them into system-level solutions.
• Support calibration and tuning of final features on the car line.
• Define product parameters and functionality according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate teams, competencies, and vendors to ensure proper feature implementation.
• Analyze feature performance under test-drive conditions.
• Collaborate with software and test engineers throughout development.
• Participate in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintain technical contact with customers on assigned projects.
• Support technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards and project schedules.
