Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive team in Poland. You will create technical documentation, align and implement vehicle functions, and analyze customer requirements to translate them into system-level solutions.

You will collaborate with software and test engineers, support calibration and tuning on car lines, and help ensure quality, schedules, and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of System Engineering experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety in automotive systems.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and measurement basics.
• Experience with vehicle function development and system requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, software/test engineers and vendors.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot features from test drives and validation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Align, implement and deliver assigned features.
• Translate customer requirements into system-level solutions.
• Support calibration and tuning of final features on the car line.
• Define product parameters and functionality per customer requirements.
• Coordinate teams and vendors to ensure proper feature implementation.
• Analyze feature performance under test-drive conditions.
• Collaborate with software and test engineers throughout development.
• Participate in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintain technical contact with customers on projects.
• Support technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards and project schedules.
