Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive team in Poland. You will create technical documentation, align and implement vehicle features, and work with customers and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will analyze requirements, support calibration and tuning on car lines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of experience in System Engineering within the automotive sector
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety and its application in automotive systems
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and electronic measurement basics
• Experience with vehicle function development, system requirements, and technical specifications
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, software/test engineers, and external vendors
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot vehicle features based on test-drive and validation results
• Good understanding of the end-to-end automotive development process, from requirements through implementation and validation
• Strong communication and coordination skills, including technical communication with customers
• Intermediate level of English

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for vehicle functions
• Alignment, implementation, and delivery of assigned features
• Analyzing customer requirements and technical specifications and translating them into system-level solutions
• Supporting the calibration and tuning of final features on the corresponding car line
• Defining product parameters and functionality according to customer requirements
• Coordinating teams and vendors to ensure proper feature implementation
• Analyzing feature performance under test-drive conditions
• Cooperating with software and test engineers throughout the development process
• Participating in system reviews and project meetings
• Maintaining technical contact with customers regarding assigned projects

• Ensuring activities are completed according to quality standards and project schedules
