Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive team in Łódź. You will create and maintain technical documentation, ensure alignment and delivery of features, and translate customer requirements into system‑level solutions.

You will also calibrate and tune final features on vehicle lines and coordinate multiple teams and vendors to deliver high‑quality results. The role requires strong knowledge of Functional Safety, automotive electronics, and an understanding of the

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in System Engineering within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety in automotive systems.
• Experience with vehicle function development and system requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end automotive development process.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Align, implement and deliver assigned features across teams.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into system-level solutions.
• Support calibration and tuning of final features on the car line.
• Define product parameters and functionality per customer needs.
• Coordinate teams and vendors to ensure proper feature implementation.
• Analyze feature performance under test-drive conditions.
• Collaborate with software and test engineers throughout development.
• Participate in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintain technical contact with customers on projects.
• Support technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards and schedules.
