Sii Poland is looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive team in Białystok. You will create technical documentation and ensure alignment and implementation of vehicle functions, while analyzing requirements and specifications.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver features, participate in reviews, and support calibration and testing, with intermediate English. This role offers opportunities to work on cutting-edge automotive projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in System Engineering within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety and its application in automotive systems.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and electronic measurement basics.
• Experience with vehicle function development, system requirements, and technical specifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, software/test engineers, and external vendors.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot vehicle features based on test-drive and validation results.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end automotive development process, from requirements through implementation and validation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, including technical communication with customers.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Align, implement, and deliver assigned features.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate to system-level solutions.
• Support calibration and tuning of final features on the car line.
• Define product parameters per customer requirements.
• Coordinate teams and vendors to ensure feature implementation.
• Analyze feature performance under test-drive conditions.
• Collaborate with software and test engineers throughout development.
• Participate in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintain technical contact with customers on projects.
• Support innovations and continuous improvement.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and schedules.
