Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering or related areas.
• Proven experience with new product industrialization and launches.
• Experience with capital investments and equipment procurement.
• Machine qualification and acceptance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support industrialization activities for steering assembly processes across regional locations.
• Drive standardization of processes and equipment.
• Support plants during new product launches, prototype builds, line layouts and ramp-up.
• Develop manufacturing specifications and tooling concepts for new projects.
• Collaborate on supplier selection with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing.
• Oversee machine build execution and qualification activities.
• Create and maintain PFMEAs based on global standards.
• Support quality, productivity, and KPI improvement initiatives.
