Job summary

Aptiv PLC is offering a paid internship in Kraków within the Inside Sales Team. This role is designed for students with availability of at least 20 hours per week and fluent English, with strong MS Office and analytical skills.

You will support customer accounts, process quotations, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams to drive quotation activities. Successful interns may transition to full-time employment; attractive training and onboarding are provided to develop your professional

Qualifications

• Student pursuing higher education and availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus for global customers.
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned customer accounts.
• Be the first point of contact for assigned customers’ purchasing teams.
• Receive and process quotation requests and prepare quotations and related documentation.
• Update pricing in SAP/QAD and configure new products per customer requirements.
• Support customers with technical documents and cooperate with engineering teams to back quotation activities.
