Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an Automation Tester to help deliver reliable software in a collaborative, global environment. You will design automated UI and API tests, build and maintain CI/CD test suites, and analyze results to detect defects early.

We value English fluency and German communication, experience with CI/CD ecosystems, and familiarity with cloud platforms. This is a hybrid role with flexible office-home balance and access to extensive training tracks and community groups.

Your role

Automation Tester plays a key role in ensuring reliable and efficient software delivery. Within projects, the role designs and executes automated and manual tests, builds and maintains test suites in CI/CD pipelines, and analyzes results to quickly detect defects. At company level, it strengthens Capgemini’s quality engineering capabilities, supports scalable delivery through automation, and helps clients achieve faster releases with consistent, high-quality solutions across complex systems.

Your profile
