Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Automation Tester to design and execute automated and manual tests, build and maintain CI/CD test suites, and analyze results to quickly detect defects. You will support scalable quality engineering, enabling faster releases with consistent, high-quality solutions across complex systems.

You will collaborate with distributed teams, apply risk-based testing, and leverage Azure DevOps within CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable software and value to clients.

Your role

Automation Tester plays a key role in ensuring reliable and efficient software delivery. Within projects, the role designs and executes automated and manual tests, builds and maintains test suites in CI/CD pipelines, and analyzes results to quickly detect defects. At company level, it strengthens Capgemini’s quality engineering capabilities, supports scalable delivery through automation, and helps clients achieve faster releases with consistent, high-quality solutions across complex systems.

Your profile

• working knowledge of CI/CD and test automation ecosystems, including Azure DevOps, supporting reliable and scalable delivery pipelines;
• fluent English and communicative level of German;
• nice to have: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
