Capgemini Kraków is seeking a Quality Consultant to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with client standards. You will monitor interactions and processes across channels and work with operations teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality, Customer Service or a similar role within an international environment.
• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, chat.
• Evaluate compliance with client requirements, quality standards, best practices, and operational procedures.
• Complete quality assessments and maintain accurate evaluation documentation.
• Provide constructive feedback and development support.
• Identify incidents, recurring issues, trends, and process gaps through quality analysis.
• Resolve customer inquiries across digital channels, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization projects.

Your role

Working closely with operations teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to enhancing customer experience, process efficiency, and overall service quality in a dynamic international environment.

Your tasks

Your profile

• Good technical troubleshooting skills and practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
