Job summary

Marsh Risk in Warsaw is seeking an Automation Senior to design and implement end-to-end process improvements using VBA, Python, and other automation tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive the development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with VBA and/or Python for automation.
• Experience in process mapping and end-to-end process improvement.
• Excellent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose automation solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure automation aligns with business objectives.
• Develop and implement end-to-end process improvements using VBA, Python, or other tools.
• Drive testing and support during User Acceptance Testing, ensuring deployment readiness.
