Job summary

CAPCO POLAND is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the evolution and automation of Market Risk reporting and analytics. The role involves working hands-on with risk data, analyzing reporting processes and delivering Python-based automation and data workflows.

Collaborate with Market Risk, Risk Technology and Data stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. The position offers hybrid work with potential office presence in Warsaw and a flexible B2B engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking/financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts (VaR, ES, sensitivities, P&L, risk reporting).
• Hands-on Python for data manipulation, automation and data quality checks.
• Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting UAT and validating technology solutions against business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories and data mappings.
• Analyze Market Risk reporting and data processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Use Python to automate risk reporting, data processing and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders through delivery.
• Support data validation, issue investigation and ensure data quality and auditability.
